Abstract

This study, entitled “The Importance of Enhancing Heart’s Servitude in Raising Children” addresses the significance and necessity of fostering the servitude of the heart in the upbringing of children. It aims to highlight the evidences supporting this concept from the Qur’an and the Sunnah, as well as to identify the means that facilitate its development and the consequences of neglecting it in the educational process. The researcher adopts an inductive, analytical, and inferential methodology. The study is structured into an introduction and four main sections: (1) the importance of childhood as a stage for instilling creed, (2) the importance of the servitude of the heart in child rearing, (3) the means that assist in achieving this, and (4) the negative consequences resulting from its neglect, followed by a conclusion and indexes. Among the key findings of the study is that the educational methodology in the Qur’an and the Sunnah is founded upon instilling sound creed prior to reforming outward actions. The positive outcomes of this approach include raising children with strong character, steadfastness in principles, consciousness of Allah, and reliance upon Him. The study also concludes that corruption, deviation, weak personality, and susceptibility to negative influences are among the most significant consequences of neglecting the servitude of the heart in upbringing. The study offers several recommendations, most notably the necessity for educators to give due attention to the cultivation of the servitude of the heart in child rearing due to its profound impact on behavior, as well as the importance of conducting field studies to obtain precise results regarding the positive effects of this concept on behavior and the negative consequences of its absence.

الملخص

هذا البحث بعنوان: (أهمية تعزيز عبودية القلب في تربية الأطفال)، ويتناول بيان أهمية وضرورة تعزيز عبودية القلب في تربية الأطفال، ويهدف إلى إبراز الأدلة الدالة على هذه المسألة من القرآن والسنة، كما يهدف إلى بيان الوسائل المعينة على ذلك، والآثار المترتبة على إهمال تعزيز عبودية القلب في التربية، وسلكت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي الاستنباطي، ويقوم البحث على مقدمة وأربعة مباحث كالتالي: الأول: أهمية مرحلة الطفولة في غرس العقيدة، والثاني: أهمية عبودية القلب في تربية الأطفال، والثالث: الوسائل المعينة على ذلك، والرابع: الآثار السلبية المترتبة على إهمالها، ثم الخاتمة والفهارس، ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أن المنهج التربوي في القرآن والسنة يقوم على غرس العقيدة ثم العمل على إصلاح الجوارح، ومن الآثار الإيجابية لذلك تنشئة الطفل على قوة الشخصية، والثبات على المبادئ، ومراقبة الله تعالى، كما توصل البحث إلى أن فساد الطفل وانحرافه، وسهولة إفساده من أعظم الآثار المترتبة على إهمال عبودية القلب في التربية، ومن أهم توصيات البحث: ضرورة عناية المربين بجانب عبودية القلب في تربية الأطفال لما لها من أثر بالغ على السلوك، وأهمية القيام بدراسات ميدانية للحصول على نتائج دقيقة فيما يتعلق بالآثار الإيجابية لعبودية القلب على السلوك، والآثار السلبية لغياب هذه العبودية.
