مكافحة الفساد المالي في ظلال الهدي النبوي (دراسة بلاغية تحليلية)
Abstract
This study clarifies the rhetorical qualities and artistic dimensions of the Prophet Muhammad’s eloquence in Hadiths cautioning against the unlawful appropriation of wealth, aimed at combating widespread financial corruption in society. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, the research addresses two main questions: How is language employed to counter financial corruption, and how do the Prophet’s expressive modes vary within this context? Through a detailed rhetorical analysis of relevant Hadiths framed by a unifying thematic perspective, the study reveals the subtle intricacies of these expressions. The research is structured into an introduction and four sections that discuss the Prophet’s eloquence on bribery, usurpation, monopolistic practices, and delays in fulfilling rightful obligations. Findings emphasize that the Prophet’s discourse uses generalization through varied stylistic techniques, effectively conveying the message, distributing accountability, and fostering a collective sense of responsibility. These Hadiths elevate meanings and develop ideas through expressive methods, making the guidance both persuasive and engaging. Marked by conciseness, focus, and depth, they allow for adaptability across time and place, ensuring lasting relevance and impact. This analysis highlights the linguistic and rhetorical craftsmanship of Prophetic guidance on ethical financial conduct, underscoring its timeless value.
الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إيضاح الخصائص البلاغية، و السمات الفنية للبيان النبوي، في أحاديثهr التي تحذر من الاعتداء على أموال المسلمين مكافحة لصور الفساد المالي المتفشية في المجتمع، ومعتمدًا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، محاولا الإجابة عن السؤالين الآتيين: كيف وُظفت اللغة لمكافحة الفساد المالي؟ وكيف تنوعت أساليب التعبير في حديث النبيr في هذا السياق؟ من خلال تحليل هذه الأحاديث تحليلا بيانيًا دقيقًا في ظل المقام الذي يكون روحًا سارية في الأحاديث كلها. واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يُقسم إلى مُقدمة، وأربعة مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول بلاغة النبيr في الحديث عن الرشوة، وتناول المبحث الثاني بلاغة النبيr في الحديث عن الغصب. في حين تناول المبحث الثالث بلاغة النبيr في الحديث عن الاحتكار. أما المبحث الرابع فتناول بلاغة النبيr في الحديث عن المماطلة في الحقوق. وتضمنت الخاتمة أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث، و من أبرزها: أن الخطاب جاء بصيغة العموم بأساليب متنوعة إذاعة للتبليغ، وإشاعة للتكليف، وإشعارا للجميع بالمسؤولية. وبُنيت الأحاديث الشريفة على الترقي بالمعاني، والتدرج بالأفكار بوسائل تعبيرية تُعين المتلقي على القبول والانقياد إقناعًا وإمتاعًا. كما اتسمت بالإيجاز والتركيز وغزارة المعنى، ليظل معناها ممتدا مفتوحا يسع الزمان والمكان.
