Abstract

This paper deals with the explanation of hadith (the believer eats in one intestine, and the infidel eats in seven intestines) from (Yanabie Aleulum) "Springs of Knowledge", by the scholar: Shamsuldeen, Ahmed bin Al-Khalil Alkhoiy (died: 637 AH) to highlight the efforts of the nation's scholars in the Sunnah and knowledge, education, reflection, explanation, and deduction. There is a need to study this manuscript with a scientific investigation; and publish it. None of the researchers have dealt with it yet. It aims to contribute to highlighting this distinguished heritage as this manuscript is considered one of the distinguished models in its method. It is marked for its renewal in presenting the explanation of the hadith in diverse manners, and achieving the explanation of this important hadith that has reached the point of frequency, according to the principles of the research method used in universities and scientific departments> This will make it accessible to researchers in the sciences of Islam in general, and in the field of Sunnah sciences in particular. The research has an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, and some indexes. The first section deals with the study: the author’s study, and the book study. The second section deals with the investigated text. The conclusion presents the most important results and recommendations.

الملخص

يتناول هذا بحث تحقيق حديث (الْمُؤْمِنُ يَأْكُلُ فِي مِعَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ، وَالْكَافِرُ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ) من كتاب "ينابيع العلوم"، للعلامة: شمس الدين، أحمد بن الخليل الخُويّيّ، المتوفى (637هـ) لإبراز جهود علماء الأمة في السنة وعلومها تعلماً، وتعليماً، وتدبرًا، وشرحًا، واستنباطـًا، والحاجة إلى إخراج هذا المخطوط محققاً تحقيقاً علمياً؛ ونشره ليـُستفاد منه؛ فلم يتناوله أحد من الباحثين. ويهدف البحث إلى المساهمة في إبراز التراث المتميز؛ حيث إن هذا المخطوط يعتبر من النماذج المتميزة في طريقتها، وتجديدها في عرض شرح الحديث بأسلوب متنوع، وتحقيق شرح هذا الحديث المهم الذي بلغ حد التواتر، وفقاً لأصول منهج البحث المتبع في الجامعات والأقسام العلمية، وجَعْلها في متناول الباحثين في علوم الإسلام عموماً، وفي مجال علوم السنة خصوصاً. يقع البحث في مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهارس يتناول المبحث الأول الدراسة: دراسة المؤلِّف، ودراسة الكتاب، بينما يتناول المبحث الثاني النص المحقق. وتعرض الخاتمة أهم النتائج، والتوصيات.
