القيم الإسلامية المتضمنة في آيات الأحكام في الحدود والقصاص
Abstract
The Holy Quran is one of the main sources in the field of Islamic values that gain it strength in commitment and compliance, and the verses of the rulings on punishment and retribution have included a number of values that had shown in this research. The descriptive and deductive methods have been used to extract and indicate these values. The research came up with three demands; the first requirement: doctrinal values, and the values contained in it amounted to two values: the value of God's love and his law, and monotheism, and second: legislative values, and the values deduced in it also reached three values; namely: the value of moderation and balance, the maximization of the provisions of Sharia, and facilitation, Third: moral values, and the values included amounted two values; namely: the value of Justice, chastity.
الملخص
بعد القرآن الكريم أحد المصادر الرئيسة في مجال القيم الإسلامية التي تكسبها قوة في الالتزام والامتثال، وقد تضمنت آيات الأحكام في الحدود والقصاص جملة من القيم بينتها في هذا البحث، وقد اتبعت المنهجين الوصفي والاستنباطي في استخراج تلك القيم وبيان دلالتها. وجاء البحث في ثلاثة مطالب المطلب الأول: القيم العقائدية، وبلغت القيم المتضمنة فيه قيمتين؛ هما: قيمة محبة الله وشرعه، والتوحيد والثاني: القيم التشريعية، وبلغت القيم المستنبطة فيه ثلاثة قيم أيضًا؛ هي قيمة الاعتدال والتوازن، والتعظيم الأحكام الشريعة واليسر، والثالث: القيم الخلقية، وبلغت القيم المتضمنة قيمتين؛ هما: قيمة العدل، والعفة.
