Abstract
The research examines models of the unseen matters of the People of the Book which the Quran addressed to Prophet Muhammad using the phrase "And you were not." The study aimed to demonstrate that the Quran is a revelation from Allah, and to refute the claim of those who say that the Quran's accounts of the unseen matters were taken from the books of previous nations. The research includes an introduction, preamble, four sections, conclusion, and index. The introduction explains the importance of the topic, reasons for choosing it, previous studies, research plan, research limitations, and the descriptive, analytical, and comparative approaches used. The preamble briefly discusses the life and attributes of Prophet Muhammad before prophethood, references to him in the Torah and Bible, his dealings with the People of the Book, and Israelite narratives in Quranic exegesis. Section one discusses the Quran's accounts of the occult of previous nations. Section two covers Mary's upbringing. Section three covers Moses' commissioning as a prophet and Allah calling out to him. Section four discusses Moses residing in Midian. The sections examine accounts of the People of the Book's occult by mentioning the relevant verses, comparing them to the Torah and Bible, discussing and commenting on them. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the key findings and recommendations.
الملخص
يتناول البحث نماذج من غيبيات أهل الكتاب التي خاطب فيها القرآن النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بلفظ "وما كنت"، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أن القرآن الكريم وحي من الله تعالى، وإلى بطلان دعوى من يقول: إن أخبار القرآن الغيبية مأخوذة من كتب الأمم السابقة. وقد جعلت البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهرس، ففي المقدمة بيان بأهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، وحدود البحث، والمنهج المتبع في البحث، والذي يعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ثم المقارن، وفي التمهيد تحدثت باختصار عن حياة وصفات النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم قبل البعثة، وعن الإشارة إليه في التوراة والإنجيل، وعن تعامله صلى الله عليه وسلم مع أهل الكتاب، وعن الإسرائيليات في التفسير، وفي المبحث الأول: حديث القرآن الكريم عن غيبيات الأمم السابقة، والمبحث الثاني: كفالة مريم عليها السلام، والمبحث الثالث: تكليف موسى عليه السلام بالرسالة ومناداة الله تعالى له، والمبحث الرابع: إقامة موسى عليه السلام في مدين، وقد تناولت المباحث الحديث عن غيبيات أهل الكتاب من خلال ذكر الآيات التي وردت فيها تلك الغيبيات، ومقارنتها مع ما ورد في التوراة والإنجيل، ومناقشتها والتعليق عليها، ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
