منطلقات الأمن الفكري لدى وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية وسبل حمايته

Abstract

Due to the importance of the role of religious institutions in achieving a high level of intellectual immunity through religious content, and from the perspective of activating the integrative relationship between religious institutions and other institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to address intellectual deviations. The present study is the outcome of getting acquainted closely with the contributions of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, which comes on top of the pyramid of religious institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in achieving and protecting the intellectual security from threats.The research aims to: highlight the importance and necessity of intellectual security, and identify the intellectual security benchmarks of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance. It also aims to identify ways to protect intellectual security in the Ministry. The approach used in this research: the inductive approach (incomplete): “which is based on being satisfied with some particulars of the issue, conducting the study on them, following what is presented to them, and using observation in these selected particulars, in order to issue general judgments that include all the particulars of the issue that did not fall under studying”. The research found a number of results, including: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance in its quest to achieve and maintain intellectual security stems from the care of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in that; emphasizing the integrative role that institutions must play, one of the benchmarks that the Ministry has taken care of to achieve and enhance intellectual security: adherence to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah, listening and obedience to the ruler, and among the ways to protect the intellectual security of the Ministry: warning against temptation, strengthening the values of moderation and loyalty affiliation, and the detection of schemes and methods of deviant groups. Among the recommendations of the research: I recommend those in charge of religious institutions pay more attention to religious discourse in terms of choosing topics that deal with contemporary issues, and in terms of qualifying preachers and imams to deal with these issues, taking into account the media work, its means, techniques and contents in order to serve the integrity of thought for young people and protect them from manifestations of intellectual deviations.

الملخص

نظراً لأهمية دور المؤسسات الدينية في تحقيق مستوى عال من الحصانة الفكرية من خلال المضامين الدينية، ومن منطلق تفعيل العلاقة التكاملية بين المؤسسات الدينية وسائر المؤسسات في المملكة العربية السعودية لمعالجة الانحرافات الفكرية، جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف عن كثب حول إسهامات وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد التي تأتي على رأس هرم المؤسسات الدينية في المملكة العربية السعودية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري، وحمايته من المهددات. ويهدف البحث إلى: إبراز أهمية الأمن الفكري وضرورته، والتعرف على منطلقات الأمن الفكري لدى وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على سبل حماية الأمن الفكري لدى الوزارة. والمنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي (الناقص): "وهو ما يقوم على الاكتفاء ببعض جزئيات المسألة، وإجراء الدراسة عليها، بالتتبع لما يعرض لها، والاستعانة بالملاحظة في هذه الجزئيات المختارة، وذلك لإصدار أحكام عامة تشمل جميع جزئيات المسألة التي لم تدخل تحت الدراسة"( ). وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها : تنطلق وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد في سعيها لتحقيق الأمن الفكري وصيانته من عناية المملكة العربية السعودية بذلك؛ تأكيداً على الدور التكاملي الذي يجب أن تقوم به المؤسسات، من المنطلقات التي عنيت بها الوزارة لتحقيق الأمن الفكري وتعزيزه: الالتزام بالكتاب والسنة، والسمع والطاعة لولي الأمر، ومن سبل حماية الأمن الفكري لدى الوزارة : التحذير من الفتن، وتعزيز قيم الوسطية والاعتدال وتعزيز قيم الولاء والانتماء، والكشف عن مخططات وأساليب الجماعات المنحرفة.
