صور الذات والآخر في شعر عَبيد بن الأبرص
Abstract
This research aims to trace the imagery of the self and the other in the poetry of Abid Ibn Al-Abras and show how its impact is reflected in his poetry. To clarify this, the research consists of an introduction which included the biography of Abid Ibn Al-Abras, his name and lineage. It also refers to the imagery and its role in creativity. It refers also to the value of image sources. Then, this study started to trace the image of the self and its results and fluctuations between hope and pain, joy and sadness, sufferings and achievements. Additionally, it refers to the image of the other represented sometimes in the opinionated opponent and sometimes in the arrogant king. This image derived from the image of the self and the other is truthful and expresses the poetic talent of Abid Ibn Al-Abras. This study came up with many results as follows: It embodied the influence between the self and the other in the poetry of Abid Ibn Al-Abras. The differences and discrepancies found in a poetic speech uncovered the self-inclinations of the poet which differed from the second represented in the other such as the image with which he represented his lover who got bored with his playing and extravagantly drinking of wine. Moreover, the poetic text represented the similarity of relationship between the poet and the other; however, the opinions of the other made this relationship in the opposite such as the image brought in the context of his speech on Abû Karab Amro Ibn Al-Harith. Additionally, Abid Ibn Al-Abras made use of the powers of the poetic language and the opposite system to show what extent there is an interaction between the self of the poet and the other. He also resorted to the imaging to make it more understandable to the recipient's mind. So, it was a common image derived from his culture and surrounding environment; however, the other image which he invented was innovational.
الملخص
سعى ﻫذا البحث إﻟﻰ تتبع صورة الذات والآخر في شعر عَبيد بن الأبرص، وانعكاس أثرهما في شعره، وﻟﺑﻳﺎن ذﻟك ﺟﺎء البحث ﻓﻲ مقدمة اشتملت على التعريف بعبيد بن الأبرص – اسمه ونسبه -، والإلماح إلى الصورة الفنية ودورها في الإبداع، وبيان قيمة المصادر للصورة الفنية، ثم أخذت الدراسة في تتبع صورة الذات وإفرازاتها وتقلباتها بين الأمل والألم والفرح والأسى ومعاناتها ومآثرها، وصورة الآخر المتمثلة بذلك الخصم المكابر تارةً والملك المتغطرس تارة أخرى، وقد أتت هذه الصور الفنية المستمدة من صورة الذات والآخر صادقة ومعبرة عن شاعرية عَبيد بن الأبرص.
