مدلول مصطلح "جميل الأمر" عند المحدثين دراسة تحليلية تطبيقية
Abstract
The phrases of the imams used to describe the narrator varied in terms of criticizing or praising, including the phrase “Jameel al-Amr” (beautiful in his affairs) which is one of the terms used by imams in describing the narrators, it may be used not just to denote authentication as much as it is intended to describe the narrator in the general meaning referring the steadfastness of the narrator, and that he has high and virtuous qualities and morals, and has a beautiful biography, the researcher has come across the word used to denote authentication, and the number of narrators described with it were (19 narrators), as for those described with it denoting the general meaning, they are many, and the researcher has limited himself to (11 narrators) as a sample of the meaning.
الملخص
تنوعت عبارات الأئمة المستخدمة في وصف الراوي من حيث الجرح أو التعديل, ومن ذلك عبارة "جميل الأمر" وهي من الألفاظ المستخدمة التي اختلف في إرادة, وقد تطلق وإراد منها التوثيق في الراوي, وقد تطلق وإراد منها توثيقاً ولا يراد منها توثيقاً بقدر ما يراد منها وصف الراوي بالعالم من استحماله عليه, وأنه ذو صفات وأخلاق عالية فاضلة, وصاحب سيرة عطرة, وقد وقف الباحث على هذه النقطة والذي إراد منها معنى التوثيق وعدد من قبل فهمهم ذلك (19 راوياً), وأما ما يراد منها المعنى العام فهي كثيرة جداً, وقد اقتصر الباحث على (11 راوياً) كمينة للمعنى.
