كيفية حفظ الإسلام للعقل من مفسدات العصر
Abstract
The Islamic Sharia has paid more attention to the mind, as it is the instrument of perception and judgement for human beings. With this instrument, Allah Almighty has distinguished human beings from other creatures. He also directed us to use it for rationalization, thinking, reflection and consideration of every sign in heavens and the earth. Mind is the root of religion as it is the basis of assignment and responsibility. Disorder of mind means disorder of the whole nation. Any disorder in mind reflects disorder of the whole nation. Therefore, protecting mind from any damage, that makes such mind a burden on society and a source for evil, is one of the pillars of Sharia. Subsequently, the Islamic Sharia prohibited alcohol and drugs and anything that deprives the mind. There is no doubt that such prohibition is strong evidence of Islamic protection and keeping of human mind. That is why Islamic Sharia prohibited any drink or material harmful to the mind such as drugs and others. Therefore, Islam took care of protecting mind and considered it as protection for the soul. Allah Almighty has assigned the mandate in whole and in detail to the existence of mind. The legal discourse is directed only to the mindful, and with it the will is directed to comply. The functions of the human organs are nullified by the loss of mind, because the mad loses the function of it human organs and responsibilities after the loss of mind. Therefore, tampering with and corrupting mind is considered a major crime.
الملخص
اهتم الإسلام بالعقل أعظم اهتماما ، فهو آلة الإدراك والتمييز عند الإنسان، وبهذه الآلة فضّله الله تعالى على كثيرٍ من خلقه ، ولقد وجّهنا الله تعالى إلى استخدام هذه الآلة من خلال السّق على التأمّل والتفكّر والنّظر في السّموات والأرض، وما فيهما فالعقل أصل في الدين، إذ هو مناط التكليف والمسؤولية، وإذا اختل العقل الإنساني اختل نظام أيّ مجتمع عام، وعليه فإن حفظه من أي آفة واجب شرعي، وبذلك حرمت الشريعة الخمر والمخدرات وكل ما يذهب العقل ولا ريب أن لهذه الأشياء المضرة بالعقل، من أقوى الأدلة على عناية الإسلام به ، وعقّلت عليه، ولفتت شرع الاسلام عقوبة، لن يتناول تلك الأشياء التي تفسد العقل وتهلك كالخمر ونحوها . ولذلك اهتم الإسلام بحفظ العقل وجعله جزءا من حفظ النفس، وقد أتمّ الله تبارك وتعالى مَنهج عبادة، جملةً وتفصيلاً بوجود هذا العقل فخطاب الشرع لا يتوجه إلا للعاقل، وبه توجه الإرادة إن أراد الامتثال. فبطاعته يبطِل. يذهب العقل فإن الإنسان تُصير منافع أعضائه ويبطل، ولذلك كان العبث بالعقل وإفساده جريمةً كبيرة تعد من أقطع الجرائم.
