العلاقة بين الجودة وتنمية المهارات الإدارية بصحة عسير بالمملكة العربية السعودية
Abstract
This study aimed to highlighting the relationship between Quality and Administrative skills in Saudi Arabia. It relied on the descriptive analytical approach in addition to the quantitative approach and it used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was distributed electronically to the study sample consisting of (177) people working in all job sites in Abha Health sector, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Packages Program (SPSS). Our findings show that the most important of which was the presence of a high degree of importance for quality applications in the health department of Abha. The results of the study showed that all dimensions of administrative skills (cognitive skills, technical skills, and human skills) were of a high degree of importance. The results of testing the study hypothesis showed a statistically significant impact of quality applications on administrative skills in all its dimensions. The most important of which is the enhancement of quality applications in the department of health in Abha, and their development to remain at a high level, the development of the hospital system so that it becomes more effective for obtaining health services easily.
الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين الجودة والمهارات الإدارية بالسعودية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى المنهج الكمي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات التي وزع بشكل إلكتروني على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (177) شخص من العاملين بكافة المواقع الوظيفية بقطاع أبها الصحي. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) للإدلال وسطوطها، وذلك اعتماداً على مقاييس العينة المركزية كالمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومؤشر الارتباط وقيبل التباين، إلخ. أوضحت الدراسة أن العديد من النتائج كانت من أهم النتائج وجود درجة أهمية مرتفعة لتطبيقات الجودة بقطاع أبها الصحي بيسر، كما أظهرت النتائج أن وجود درجة مرتفعة لكافة أبعاد المهارات الإدارية (المهارات الفنية، والمهارات الإنسانية) بقطاع أبها الصحي. وبنت الدراسة أن جمع المهارات الإدارية سجلت درجة أثر دلالة إحصائية لتطبيقات الجودة على المهارات الادارية بكافة أبعادها بالقطاع الصحي بيسر. وقد خلصت الدراسة بعد توصيات أمها تعزيز تطبيقات الجودة في القطاع الصحي بأبها وتطويرها لبكين على مستوى مرتفع، تطوير نظام الخدمات الصحية بحيث يصبح أكثر فعالية للحصول على الخدمات الصحية بيسر وسهولة.
