Abstract

This research is concerned with studying the reality of the courses and rehabilitation programs for those who are about to get married, in Al-Jouf region, a scientific study, based on realistic statistics, and it aims to: Understand the reality of these upgrading courses in the Al-Jouf region, and clarify their importance in stabilizing marital life, and the legal purposes of such courses, and how to develop them and increase the beneficiaries of them. The scientific method of research is based on the descriptive analytical method, and the most important results of the research were: These courses are of great importance in the stability of married life, and they have an important role in achieving the legitimate purposes of marriage, and these upgrading courses have a presence in the Al-Jouf region, and they are organized and held by the Toad Association for Family Development, the rate of enrollment in these courses is weak, the general knowledge of the importance of such courses when The people of Al-Jouf are average, and in light of the results, the research came out with many recommendations and suggestions, which can contribute to developing and increasing enrollment in these courses.

الملخص

يهتم هذا البحث بدراسة واقع الدورات والبرامج التأهيلية للمقبلين على الزواج، في منطقة الجوف دراسة علمية، قائمة على الإحصاءات الواقعية، ويهدف إلى: الوقوف على واقع هذه الدورات التأهيلية في منطقة الجوف، وتوضيح أهميتها في استقرار الحياة الزوجية، والوقوف على المقاصد الشرعية لمثل هذه الدروات، وكيفية تطويرها وزيادة المستفيدين منها. والمنهج العلمي للبحث قائم على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث: أن لهذه الدورات أهمية كبيرة في استقرار الحياة الزوجية، ولها دور مهم في تحقيق المقاصد الشرعية للزواج، ولهذه الدورات التأهيلية حضور في منطقة الجوف، ويتم تنظيمها وإقامتها عن طريق جمعية تواد للتنمية الأسرية، ونسبة الالتحاق بهذه الدورات ضعيف، والمعرفة العامة لأهمية مثل هذه الدورات عند أهل الجوف متوسط، وفي ضوء النتائج، خرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات والمقترحات، والتي يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير، وزيادة الالتحاق بهذه الدورات
